As part of a school eLearning Plans I’ve used Gliffy to map the tasks involved in school ICT Coordination. While not completed at the time of this post will be a useful starting point for discussions. Will post link here when complete. Thanks for the comment Debi K from Gliffy. I’m glad you are following the use of your product. I like it so much I’ve signed up as a premium user.

I’ve been putting some of my ICT for Visualising Thinking resources on my www.ictedservices.com website. While there are only seven at the moment, they have all been road tested successfully in classrooms. I will continue to build on these. If you use them let me know how you go with them. I’ve used Gliffy www.gliffy.com in presenting many of them. I love this tool!!
Request today for the school eLearning Plan to be used as a resource for other schools. Great! A bit of re-writing to make it a bit generic. Hope it is of use! If anyone else wants a copy, based on the DEECD eLearning Plan structure [Victoria, Australia], contact me via the comments box!
Finally finished my website and keynote for the EdTech Crew on the usefulness on dotmac accounts in the classroom. Read more on my website
Forgotten to add to the original post. I took the eLearning website to the Leadership team. It was felt that of summary was needed to sell to staff. This was done and taken back with debate ensuing over resourcing and equity issues throughout the school. eLearning committee formed. Plan taken to both the education sub committee of School Council and then staff on curriculum day. Robust discussions. I think overall support for plans and targets, although continuing differing views over resourcing and equity issues.
This has been on my to do list for a time. Having been asked by the EdTech Crew to do a evaluation of the use of doitmac accounts in the classroom. I have finally made a start. Some good features in a dotmac account , but pricey, I’m developing a wish list for a .Mac account for educators. Any ideas??
